After a month of finishing up loose ends on this website, I’m ready to now jump in wholeheartedly. I can’t wait to share the things I have planned, the months of research and growth I’ve experienced and most importantly, how YOU can be your true self one day, too. We’ve all got it in us. We just have to dig deep and find what makes us tick. Yeah, you know you have something that excites and drives you. If not, then NOW is the time to get curious. Go find your mojo, your power, your tribe, your force…nobody else can do it for you. Speaking of finding what makes you tick…give me a book and you will see me get excited like no other. So, today’s Friday Recap + Top 5 is brought to you by some of the most amazing self-help and personal development books on the market today.
Before you ask…I LOVE books. I LOVE learning. There is no way I can pick favorites. However, out of this grouping, my favorite one that spoke to me pretty heavily was “The Road Back to You.” I can build a whole website and blog around the premise of this book alone. If you have never taken the Enneagram test, seriously go take it NOW! I have never seen anything so profound in my 46 years. It pegged me and I almost felt like somebody was up in my business it knew me so well. ;) The best part, once you know other’s enneagram type you can build such amazing friendships and relationships. More to come on this later. But, it’s that good!
Next, The Gifts of Imperfection. Just flipping through this book and there is a whole highlighter of yellow ink on every page. I hope it speaks to you like it did for me. You can also never go wrong with ANYTHING by the wonderful Pema Chodron. Honest and insightful.
Wolfpack just gives hope. A lighthearted and quick read. Highly recommend!
